Anxiety & Stress Crystal Set

This crystal set holds crystals known to help instill peace, release stress, and sooth anxiety while keeping your grounded in the moment and protected from negative energy.

Set includes:

• 6 crystal tumbles: Petrified wood, Dalmatian Stone, Lepidolite, Moss Agate, Snowflake Obsidian, Bloodstone.  Possible substitution would be Blue Quartz or Flint.
• 6 crystal information cards, one for each crystal in the kit

• Hold during mindfulness exercises or meditations
• Create a crystal grid to direct energy to your desired intention

All crystals are energetically cleansed prior to packaging. This said, we always suggest clearing any crystals before using.
