Hello! My name is Terrell- and I, like most people, struggle with anxiety. It is so easy to lose ourselves in the stress of daily life, and I believe having consistent reminders to pause and breathe is SO important to our mental and physical health. I created Inspire Natural Goods to combine the two things that keep me grounded the most– fragrance and meditation. What is a mindfulness candle? Candles are known to be great for self-care, but what if your candle came with a specific guide to actually calm you and create a personal wellness moment? Mindfulness candles combine the benefits of aromatherapy with a clear meditation prompt written by me and printed on the lid as a reminder to take a moment to breathe. Inspire Natural Goods is a one-man, black-owned small business based in Chicago, IL. We are committed to creating natural goods that inspire you to tap into your best self and create space to pause, breathe, and take a calming moment for yourself. All of our products are handcrafted with intention using natural ingredients that are free of toxins and harsh chemicals. Nearly all of the packaging used to ship our items are recycled from local stores and raw material shipments in order to minimize waste in an effort to be mindful of our environment as well.
