Personally having dealt with anxiety for some time and having friends and family members struggling to cope as well, we wanted to develop a product that is perfectly designed to help beat anxiety at an affordable price. Below we'll get into some of the science behind our journey. What Causes Anxiety? Anxiety is triggered by a conscious or subconscious set of stress factors that cause the mechanism of fear to manifest in your body. Once this occurs, you are thrown into a cycle of mental and physiological changes that become increasingly harder to break the further they develop. Where Does Moksha Come In? We designed the Beam in order to allow you to control your stress and anxiety before it becomes an issue on the physical and mental side. There are three main benefits that arise from wearing our device backed by the medical community. 1) Prevention The Beam serves as a regular reminder to mentally calm down your physical and emotional wellbeing. 2) Enforcement If you suddenly feel yourself having the initial signs of an anxiety or panic attack, whether it is your heart racing or mind wandering into negative thoughts, the Beam is there for you to have something to distinctly focus on: deep breathing. 3) Break the Cycle One day you wake up and you are in full-on panic mode. The only way to break the cycle is with significant intervention, and the Beam serves as that first and most imperative step.
