Alegría is a bold, brightly colored mural painstakingly crafted across the expansive exterior of a 19th century castle in France that explores the multifaceted history of the building and its many uses.

Artist: Louis Lambert aka 3TTMAN is a major presence in Madrid’s contemporary art scene, where he’s developed an high-brow meets low-brow aesthetic that combines punk’s heritage of graffiti, and do-it-yourself-by-any-means necessary attitude with vernacular and popular religious art, and blurs the boundaries between art and craft.

Lambert is known paint openly in the middle of the day, happy to argue with the police when they eventually emerged on the scene. This gave him the time to produce highly complex collages, never simply painting over but using what was already there, playing with it, challenging it, taking a purely commercial medium and converting it into a space for interaction, for enjoyment. Louis Lambert has found numerous other way of interacting in the street, producing large-scale murals, mosaics, piñatas, pushing upon the strained boundary between folk and high-art.

What happens to street art after it's been painted over? This single question led us to create an archival project to rebirth these lost works of art and bring them into peoples hands, homes and hearts. We're female founded and license photographs of murals direct from the artists of which 50% are female. This is intentional, diversity matters. We donate a portion of each sale to Play Together in order to advance their work in providing art scholarships to BIPOC art students and funding new community mural arts projects. Our featured artists and exclusive murals are located all over the world in Los Angeles, France, London, India, and Chicago so far.
