Once we discovered a black peppercorn that had been smoked with the bourbon barrel staves of Kentucky’s most premier distilleries, we knew we had a to create a blend that we couldn’t live without. We’re all pretty big fans of a montreal style seasoning so we took a crack at it and what we have here is an incredibly unique and versatile blend. We’ve used it on everything from prime rib and other red meats to pork, wings, turkeys and even veggies and have yet to be disappointed.
Ingredients: Bourbon barrel smoked peppercorns, salt, spices, dehydrated garlic and onion, sugar, dehydrated bell peppers, and parsley.
