How to Use:
The most important thing about oils is to make sure it's distributed evenly, so section your hair at least in half—a top section and a bottom section. The best way to apply it is to start at the ends and work your way up. Put about dime size oil in your hands, rub it together, rake it through the hair. Use as needed to cover an entire scalp and strands. Evenly comb it through.
You can leave it on for one hour (longer you keep it on is better). Some people leave it overnight (make sure to put an old towel or a t-shirt on the pillow to avoid oil stains) and then shampoo & condition hair as usual.
