IMPORTANT: Tassel Tails™ are DIY kits. The fringe on each tassel is pre-cut, so all you need to do is fold the paper to make loops at the top of each tassel. The entire Tassel Tail™ may take up to 45 mins to assemble, so please plan ahead.
