Originating from the artistic city of Santa Fe New Mexico, Sebastian “VELA” Velazquez has created literally thousands of large-scale murals across the country and a few international locations. VELA’s renound use of vivid colors and surreal visionary themes bridges the gap between graffiti and fine art.  A deep-rooted intention of Vela is to create a visual experience as an outlet to empower communities and oneself. He now resides in Los Angeles, CA creating and traveling internationally as a working artist.
