Large circle dangle earrings laminated with a layer of our high quality genuine leather in the color of your choosing. Shown here with some of our limited edition hand-painted leathers, created right here in the studio or you can choose from a wide assortment of other textures patterns and colors.

Brushed brass pieces are brushed to a clean shine and sealed to prevent tarnish. The leather is attached through an adhesive laminating process. Painted leathers are also sealed to prevent rub off. Earring posts are nickel free surgical steel.

Permanent Baggage began in 2007 as a public art project while I was attending the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. It was, at it's core, an eco advocacy venture and now more than five years later has developed into a full time career as an independent accessory designer. I have a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Sculpture with a minor in Design. This exposure has led to my passion for creating work in a variety of media including textiles, metal, leather, and wood.
