We offer exchanges on all our slippers, please send us an email within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Customer pays for return shipping, we will pay for shipping back to customer. If any item is defective or damaged we will pay for all return shipping.
The returned slippers must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. We reserve the right to deny any return based on the condition of the item.
It is important to note that the fit of the slippers should be snug at first and it will expand with time, taking the shape of your feet.
