Our Stargazer roast is inspired by the origin of these perfect beans. Organically grown in the Chanchamyo Region in Peru, one of the highest regions of the South American Andes, this coffee makes feeling small feel very good. Delicate floral flavors are complimented by smokey undertones with an appealing aromatic finish. Brew this roast any time of day because the stars never sleep.

Its bright, floral and aromatic start is complimented perfectly by a warm and smokey finish with each sip. Processed using the Swiss Water Process, which removes 95-99% of the caffeine naturally to provide you the best drink with no drawbacks. Plus, this chemical-free decaffeination process allows each flavor profile to come through with no sour aftertaste.
