The Cleopatra Ring

Cleopatra (69 BC – 10 August 30 BC) was the last active ruler of the Ptolmaic Kingdom of Egypt. While there were many famous Queens of Egypt, some perhaps even more beautiful, Cleopatra is perhaps the most well known having been in so many stories and movies. Her legend rose from her savvy dealings with heads of state and outsmarting and seducing the men who underestimated her. Reportedly once Alexandra was captured and she met with Octavian, Cleopatra told him bluntly, "I will not be led in a triumph". She later killed herself with poison... wether by snake bite or by another means is debated. The legend favors a snake bite. Our ring is a genuine Lapis Lazuli stone set in brass plated in imitation gold. On the side are two palms with a clear cubic zirconia stone. the top opens for an inner compartment. Please note with the Lapis stone no two will be exactly alike.
