The Fashion Designer villain - costume dress halloween

Never have we seen such a glamorous antagonist! so chic in fact, that every fashionista wants a piece of her. Which is mainly why we were obsessed with designing a couture looking dress for our Cruella version. Top is sleeveless, made with stretch velvet and the full skirt is made with layers and layers of red tulle. The final, and most exquisite touch: a Dalmatian printed faux fur coat that ties in the neck with a red bow.
