Keyaiira | leather + fiber is a brand inspired by Owner & Designer Keyaira Terry's formative years growing up in a close-knit farm community in Northern California. Where trading goods was commonplace and shaped her perspective on sustainability & the true meaning of “locally sourced”. Keyaiira was founded in 2014 as a response to years of working in corporate health care and observing that her values & priorities did not align with that of big business. She felt that community, meaningful heartfelt human connections & mindfully sourced materials needed to be prioritized. These are the pillars that Influence and continue to drive my present-day work & ethos. — A homespun nostalgia with a modern sensibility, rooted in a love for natural, sustainable, and ethically sourced materials.
