Our name grew from the 17th Century word Apricity, a noun meaning “the warmth of the sun in winter.” We’ve revived this ancient word because it perfectly encapsulates the feeling of letting a sweet, creamy caramel melt in your mouth. Intentionally crafted for those following the AIP (Autoimmune Protocol), Paleo, Gluten-Free or Dairy-Free diets, Sweet Apricity offers the sense of joy that’s sorely needed when living with restriction.
