Glen began his career in Sydney as a software engineer, before moving to San Diego to run the US distribution of an Australian eco-friendly products company. He attended Columbia Business School for exactly one day before dropping out to dedicate himself to Handshake.
Prior to Handshake, Mike held online marketing account management and sales positions at Microsoft. Compelled by the opportunity to disrupt B2B commerce, Mike joined Glen as a co-founder of Handshake in 2011. Mike holds Business and Law degrees from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Matt is responsible for building and leading Handshake's product and engineering teams, who build and improve the platform and products that transform how brands interact with retailers. Prior to Handshake, Matt led Engineering teams at Axial and Tablet, with particular focus on search and recommendations at scale. He has a degree in Philosophy from The University of Chicago and contributions to several Open Source projects including FreeBSD.
Prior to Handshake, Kiva was VP Sales for Percolate, where he grew the global sales organization to over 100 employees and revenues ten-fold in three years. Before this, Kiva was SVP Sales for the corporate and life sciences division of Gerson Lehrman Group ("GLG"). Kiva is a regular consultant to First Round Capital companies and an advisor to several high-growth startups. Kiva graduated from the University of Delaware with degrees in Political Science and Marketing.
Paul leads all initiatives related to our people and our culture. With over 15 years of experience in HR and community building, Paul is recognized as an architect of transformative culture and talent initiatives. Prior to Handshake, Paul managed talent and people operations through periods of tremendous growth at LivePerson and Magnetic, garnering several prestigious industry awards during his tenure.
Nick leads all customer-facing functions at Handshake, driving continued success and satisfaction within the entire customer base. Prior to Handshake Nick held various senior leadership roles at Evariant building and scaling Professional Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success and played a key role in the organization’s growth and success. Earlier in his career, Nick led enterprise scale CRM and ERP implementations at Green Beacon Solutions.
